1 kilometer from the beach, between vulcano and fine sand, next to St Martins’ mountain pines and the quiet water of the Hérault river, far from the highways, is located Camping Club Mer et Soleil.

Between Marseille and Perpignan this is the only place where the coast shows red and black lava cliffs, created million years ago by Agde vulcans. And so was Cap d’Agde and its fine sand beaches. Then, to go further, camping site Mer and Soleil is a start point for any excursion to Languedoc Roussillon, Camargue or other back lands where thyme, vine and olive-trees shelter cicadas...

You will be able to taste high quality wines in St Chinian or Corbières vine yards at a few minutes of the camping site Mer and Soleil.

At the pond of Thau, you will discover Sète’s oysters, Brassens’ city, and marshes where horses, bulls, Flamingos and migratory birds share the area....
